Q: What is Dominic’s Ultimate Pilates philosophy and specialty?

A: Our philosophy at Dominic’s Ultimate Pilates Studio is that everyone is an individual. We design your workout to fit your fitness goals and overall total mind and body health. Our specialty is our ability to work with all fitness levels, whether it is in a one-on-one session or in a group Pilates class.
Q:  Are you able to handle special needs, injuries, and rehabilitation? 

A:  Yes, we are able to work with special needs, injuries, and rehabilitation. Some cases may require one-on-one training sessions, which we are happy to offer. 
Q:  Do you teach the full repertoire of Pilates on all pieces of apparatus?  

A: Yes, we teach the full repertoire on all equipment at Dominic’s Ultimate Pilates Studio. 
Q:  Do you have group and one-on-one instruction at Dominic’s Ultimate Pilates Studio?

A: Our studio offers both one-on-one sessions and group sessions/classes.
Q: Can you help to identify which exercises are appropriate for my body?

A: Absolutely! We provide a fully customized routine for all body types. 
Q: Which exercises should I skip or wait a while before adding to my workout?

Q: Should I be working out on my own while I am working out with a fitness trainer?

A: We recommend that you keep up your cardio workouts and stay generally active. 
Q: Will I gain too much muscle bulk in the fitness program?

A: Depending on your goals, we will specially design a program to meet your needs in correlation with your desired outcome. 
Q:  How many days a week should I train? 

A: The frequency of your workouts depends on your fitness goals and what you are trying to achieve. Most individuals see results with 2-3 workouts per week, at minimum.
Q:  How long are your sessions?

A: Our classes are typically one hour long. 
Q: What does a typical workout session involve? 

A: In our fitness sessions, we spend ten minutes warming up, 45 minutes working out, and five minutes stretching to finish the session.
